We can help! Here's how to reach us, in preferred order:
- Text 336-525-5005 - This is the fastest and most visible way to reach us. Use this method for urgent issues.
- Email help@itxpress.biz - This is our direct email and allows you to be more descriptive, but we may not see it immediately. If it's urgent - try texting.
- Email service@itxpress.biz - If you email this address, it will open a trouble ticket in our ticket system for tracking. Use this to report problems or ask questions. You can view all your existing tickets by clicking your name in the upper right corner of this page and selecting 'My Activities'.
For urgent issues, even if you email here to provide detail in a ticket - text us to make sure we're alerted right away as we get a lot of ticket notifications. - Click Submit Request - If you are logged into your IT Xpert account, you can click the Submit a Request link at the top of any Help Center page.
- Call 336-525-5005 - You are likely to get voicemail during busy hours, as we spend a lot of time on the phone helping clients, so text/email are preferred.
- Come To Our Shop - If your computer won't boot or can't connect to the Internet, there is little we can do remotely. In those cases, you likely need to bring the system into our shop. We just need the tower or laptop. No cables except for the power cord IF it has some type of 'brick'. If it's just a plain power cable - we have plenty of those already.
